KO Properties is a real estate firm incorporated and registered in Nigeria as a limited liability company. The company, which started operations in 2006 as a modest property agent firm as grown tremendously into a formidable real estate development and management company.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Real Estate Sales Partner

Location: Abraham Adesanya – Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Follow-up with leads to increase sales.
Generate leads.
Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home/land, then show properties that meet those needs
Oversee the entire process from property listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
Attract prospective clients to new business
Have local knowledge of the community and market conditions to answer questions about potential homes, similar properties, and the surrounding neighborhood.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
Past sales experience is preferred.
Target oreiented
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
Self-motivation and drive
Preferable a female.
Show good organizational and time management skills.
Reside within Ajah and its environs.
Real Estate experience is necessary for the position.
