We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Law – Attorney I

Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Employment Type: Contract
Work Schedule: Standard – 5 days on / 2 days off – 5 days on / 2 days off

Main Functions

• Advise client on topics such as business transactions, compliance with the law, claim liability or legal rights and obligations.
• Interprets laws, rulings and regulations related to industry and business.
• Evaluates findings and develop strategies, typically to ensure that their clients’ legal decisions translate to a strong bottom line.
• Transactional attorneys typically do not go into court. Position will receive direction and support.
• This position might be described as Junior Attorney working under a high supervision.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with 5-25 years experience
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and writing skills. Experience and knowledge in risk management and evaluation. Applicable legal credentials and certifications.
