Job Description
Roemichs is the foremost international school in Kwara State catering for students from crèche to post WAEC. It is a day/boarding school.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Facilities Manager
Location: Ilorin, Kwara
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Details
- Be responsible for all areas of maintenance in the school.
- Where repairs are needed these should be costed, carried out, with monitoring and then inspected.
- Man management skills are essential to keep the facilities staff on task and also supervise visitors who are in school to carry out necessary repairs.
- Procedures for all of the above are in place and must be strictly followed.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND with at least 5 years experience.
- Knowledge and ability to carry out usual everyday essential maintenance is also essential.
