Job Title: Contact Center Agent

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
Take and process custocustomers’rs.
Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
Respond to the needs of customers and provide personalized service.
No accommodation for staff, and only candidates that live within Lekki Phase 1 and its environment will be considered for this role.

Remuneration
N50,000 Monthly.
