Job Title: Customer Business Relationship / Business Advisor

Responsibilities

Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards clients at all times.
Handle complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
We are responding promptly to queries.
We are communicating with clients through various channels.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Resolving complaints.
Process forms, orders, requests, and applications.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure to attend to client queries and report daily input of queries
