Job Description

C & I Leasing Plc was incorporated in 1990 as a limited liability company and was subsequently licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) as a finance company, to provide amongst other services, operating and finance leases.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Utility Engineer

Location: Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Qualification

OND in Elect / Elect Engineering.

Experience:

A minimum of 2 years of working experience

Skills:

Ability to work on HP and LP compressors / Generators / Boilers / Chillers.
Basic electro mechanical skill.
Good knowledge on HVAC systems, Spares monitoring and control.
Good knowledge of dumbing and dioina network analysis with respect to valves operation.
STP operation, monitoring and control knowledge
Pump maintenance skill
Good interpersonal/ human relation skill
Good technical report writing skill
Good human relation (interpersonal/customer relation).
Electrical/Mechanical repairs and troubleshooting skills on automatic gates,turnstile.
Energy management and proactiveness in day to day operation.
