Job Title: Human Resources (HR) / Administrative Officer
Location: Akure, Ondo
Employment Type: Full-time
Role Description
- This is a full-time HR Administrative Officer role located on-site in Akure.
- The HR Administrative Officer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as developing and implementing HR policies, employee relations, and ensuring legal compliance with Labor and Employment Law.
Qualifications
- HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3 – 5 years relevant work experience.
- Professional HR Certification is a plus
- HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Salary
N60,000 – N80,000 Monthly.
