Job Description

HND / B.Sc in Office Management, Public Administration, Business Administration or any relevant discipline.
Must have worked in a School of good repute in an adminisrtative capacity.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Excellent records management skills.
Proven records of Procurement skills
Excellent Event Planning Skills
Proven track records of vendor and project management
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing facility-related challenges.
Must be polite and have a friendly disposition.
Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
Solid knowledge of office procedures
Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and under-pressure.
Proximity to the job location is Key.
