Job Description
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Bereline Farms, ensuring efficient and effective processes across all departments.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity, quality, and resource utilization.
- Coordinate with department heads and team leaders to establish production schedules and prioritize tasks.
- Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration among team members.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
- Collaborate with other managers to develop and implement cross-functional initiatives to achieve organizational goals.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to operations team members, promoting professional growth and development.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field (required).
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of operations management experience, preferably in the agricultural industry.
- Proven track record of optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and achieving operational targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in budgeting, resource planning, and project management.
- Knowledge of agricultural practices, equipment, and technology.
