Role Description
- This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Supervisor.
- The Human Resources Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including managing employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
- This on-site role is located in Lagos Mainland.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and Performance Management
- Familiarity with HR policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
