Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work mode: Onsite

Description

We are looking to fill the role of Front Desk Officer who will be responsible for overseeing the front office, effective handling of all correspondence, & communicating effectively with guests and clients.

Responsibilities

Welcome and receive guests, directing guests to appropriate personnel.
Provide basic information to callers and visitors.
Confirm and book appointments and meetings
Handle all correspondence, internal and external
Sign for incoming letters, packages and distribute them to appropriate staff.
Keep front desk tidy and presentable.
Perform any other administrative duty as assigned.

Key Requirements

Minimum of 2-3 years Experience as the Front Desk In a reputable Organization
BSc / HND in Mass Communication, English or any other related discipline.
Must be tech savvy with good knowledge of Microsoft packages, PowerPoint, excel, MS Word, Exchange
Good record-keeping / document-filling skills
Female For Gender Balance
Must be ready to resume immediately.
