Job Title: Strategy Execution Executive

Job Purpose
- We need a Strategy Execution Executive, with a focus on Client Acquisition. This individual will be focused on identifying opportunities in Abuja and the North, and drive large-ticket business acquisition for the Group.
- This role is crucial in expanding our client base across our Six (6) Businesses including Securities Trading, Asset Management, Insurance Brokerage, Trustees, Registrars, and Investment Banking.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
- Identify and develop new business prospects through networking, market research, and industry events.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Initiate and establish contact with potential clients to introduce Cordros’s services.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
- Coordinate initial meetings between potential clients and Cordros’s relationship managers.
- Ensure a seamless handover of potential clients to the relationship management team for further engagement.
- Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and expand Cordros’s client base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development activities with organizational goals.
- Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to represent Cordros and build professional relationships.
- Leverage personal and professional networks to identify business opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, potential client interactions, and market insights.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to the Head, Research and Strategy.
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- A Second Degree and/or Completion of Relevant Professional Certification will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the financial services sector.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Key Knowledge and Skills:
The incumbent must have proficiency knowledge in the following areas:
- Financial services industry, including Securities Trading, Asset Management, Insurance Brokerage, Trustees, Registrars, and Investment Banking.
The incumbent must demonstrate the following skills:

- Strategic thinking and ability to develop and implement effective business development strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends and data to inform business decisions.
