Job Description

• We are seeking a motivated and experienced Fish Farm Manager to oversee our aquaculture facility. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of fish health, production, and facility maintenance to ensure optimal operations and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities on the fish farm, including feeding, stocking, harvesting, and maintenance of facilities and equipment.
• Monitor fish health, implement disease prevention measures, and administer treatments when necessary.
• Plan and coordinate stocking schedules, feeding programs, and breeding activities to maximize production and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, health standards, and other legal requirements. Prepare reports and maintain documentation as needed.
• Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization to achieve financial targets.
• Lead and motivate a team of farm staff, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote and sell fish products to markets, distributors, or consumers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries Management, Marine Biology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Must have 1-10 years experience.
