Job Function

To manage the processes, teams and resources that act as the first point of contact for client / customer queries. Directly supervise and coordinate activities of sales reps.

Reporting on technical issues
Coordination with Application and service team

Qualifications Required

Key Candidate should possess B.Sc. degree in Medical Laboratory Science (MLS) or related Medical Sciences.
Management qualification desired.

Experience and Skills Required:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development & management in a similar or any related industry.
Relevant experience in sales and business development functions.
