Job Overview

An International Consulting Organization is looking for an Equivalent of a Deputy rector to work with the Lead Consultant on an existing Polytechnic in Nigeria.

Job Duties

Day-to-day working and administration of the Polytechnic assisting the Lead Consultant to upgrade and transform the Polytechnic.
Recruitment, Supervision, training, and discipline of staff.
Providing leadership in driving student enrolment and population growth under the direct supervision of the Lead Consultant
Ensuring high-quality education with character and integrity
Quality control.
Planning and Development
Growth and sustainable expansion

Qualifications

Candidates to the position must hold a Doctorate Degree (Ph.D) from a recognized Institution or a Masters Degree with a professional certification or a professor from a recognized University.
Must have not less than Fifteen (15) years post qualification cognate experience in a Polytechnic setting, at least 8 years of which must be at the level not below Chief Lecturer with substantial numbers of peer-reviewed Journal Articles.
Compliance with I.T would be an added advantage.
