Job Description

• The Client Analyst will be responsible for managing and promoting the portfolio of rental, lease, and for-sale properties. They will assist potential clients by guiding them through the process of accessing these properties and ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to final transaction.
• The role requires engaging with both new and existing clients, providing personalized customer service, and executing targeted social media campaigns to attract a wider audience.
• Additionally, the Client Analyst will collaborate with industry partners and other relevant bodies to increase visibility for the company’s property offers.

Responsibilities

• Present the portfolio of properties (rental, lease, and for sale) to prospective clients.
• Guide clients through the property acquisition process, ensuring they understand all options and steps.
• Develop and execute social media campaigns aimed at generating client interest and increasing property visibility.
• Collaborate with partners and industry groups to showcase the company’s offerings at events and forums.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction and solicit feedback.
• Respond to inquiries and follow up on leads, both online and offline.
• Ensure proper documentation of client interactions, property viewings, and feedback.
• Work alongside the sales and marketing team to achieve sales goals and increase brand presence.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with 0 – 3 years work experience.
