We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Payment Assistant
Location: Ogba, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Making phone calls to customers
- Manage large amounts of calls in a timely mannerfollow various communication scripts when speaking to a caller
- Keep records of conversations in the call centre database
- Follow up on loans collected and remind them of due dates
Qualifications
- Minimum Certificate; OND.
- Excellent communication skill
- Exceptional Ability to work with little or no supervision.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Must have an ANDRIOD SMARTPHONE with at least 2gb ram.
Salary
N85,000 – N100,000 / Month.
