Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Compliance Officer to join our team.
This role is critical in ensuring that all employees undergo thorough background checks and comply with company policies and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive background checks on potential and current employees.
Verify employment history, criminal records, and references.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of all vetting processes.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
Collaborate with HR and management to address any compliance issues.
Regularly update compliance policies and procedures.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Human Resources, or a related field with 3 – 5 years work experience.
Proven experience in compliance or background verification.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
