Description: Established in 2024, this Scholarship helps support international students coming from nominated countries, and/or those who plan to study specific programmes at the University of Otago | Ōtākou Whakaihu Waka, to become valued members of our University community.
Eligibility:
- Application for all International Entrance Scholarships are normally open to students who have completed secondary (high) school, or at another approved institution that grants University Entrance either overseas or within New Zealand.And Are intending to enrol or have enrolled in full-time degree-level, undergraduate study at the University of Otago.
- Intending to study at the University of Otago | Ōtākou Whakaihu Waka from 100-level (first year) through to degree* attainment;
- Applying either to study at the University of Otago | Ōtākou Whakaihu Waka from a nominated country, and/or to be undertaking a specified programme of study at Otago;
- Studying on campus throughout the duration of their studies.
