Location: Lagos / Abuja

Job Summary

• We are seeking a visionary and dynamic CEO to lead our disruptive HMO into the future of healthcare.
• The ideal candidate will drive strategic growth, foster innovation, and position the company as a market leader in health insurance and service delivery while upholding the values and principles of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a cutting-edge strategy to redefine the HMO landscape.
• Build and lead a high-performance team to achieve business growth and operational excellence.
• Establish strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, corporate clients, and regulators.
• Oversee financial sustainability and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
• Drive customer-focused innovations to improve healthcare access and affordability.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for growth, including new markets, products, and partnerships.

Requirements

• Education: A Master’s degree in Medicine, Health Sciences, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 15 years of leadership experience, with at least 5 years at an executive level in healthcare, insurance, or financial services.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proven track record in scaling a business and driving industrial disruption.
• Strong understanding of health insurance models, policy, and regulatory frameworks in Nigeria.
• Excellent stakeholder management, financial acumen, and innovation-driven mindset.
• Strategic thinker with strong business development and negotiation skills.
• Good experience with risk management and cost control.
• Ability to ensure operational efficiency in a dynamic healthcare environment
