Job Title: Process Engineer

Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Process Engineer to design, implement, and optimize industrial processes in our operations.
- The ideal candidate will analyze workflows, identify areas for improvement, and apply engineering principles to enhance productivity, efficiency, safety, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing or production processes.
- Evaluate existing processes and identify improvements for efficiency, cost, and safety.
- Prepare detailed process documentation including PFDs, P&IDs, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Support the commissioning and start-up of new equipment and processes.
- Analyze data and generate reports for management and technical teams.
- Perform process simulations and calculations to support design decisions.
- Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, maintenance, quality, and safety.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in a process engineering role (industry-specific experience preferred).
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, CHEMCAD, MATLAB).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree or professional certifications (e.g., Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, PE license).
- Experience in regulated oil & gas industries.
- Familiarity with automation and control systems (e.g., DCS, PLC).
