Responsibilities

Spearhead our client growth and expand in the Banking, FMCG, Oil & Gas and Manufacturing sectors.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth through client acquisition and retention
Identify and pursue business opportunities that align with the company’s growth objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
3 years’ experience as Business Development Officer in the HR Consulting industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work remotely.
