We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Experienced Tractor Driver

Location: Jamata Village, Lokoja LGA, Kogi
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Tractor Driver to join our team of heavy-duty machine operators at Unicane Industries FZE. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in operating tractors and other heavy-duty machinery.
The Tractor Driver will be responsible for operating tractors and other equipment to support our Construction and generaloperations.

Key Responsibilities

Tractor Operation: Safely operate tractors and other heavy-duty machinery to support generaloperations.
Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on tractors and other equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Field Operations at sites.Material Handling: Assist in loading and unloading materials, including , equipment, and supplies.
Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and following safety procedures.
Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and safe operations, and communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications: Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operating tractors and other heavy-duty machinery.
Licenses and Certifications: Valid driver’s license and certification in heavy-duty machinery operation.

Skills:

Excellent driving and operation skills.
Strong knowledge of tractor mechanics and maintenance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to follow safety protocols and regulations.
