Job Title: Personal Assistant to the Managing Director (Oil & Gas / Real Estate)
Location: Lekki,  Lagos
Job Type: Full-Time

 

About the Role

  • We are looking for an intelligent, proactive, and highly organized Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director of a fast-growing company with interests in oil & gas, real estate, and related ventures.
  • The ideal candidate must be resourceful, articulate, and capable of managing both strategic and day-to-day responsibilities, functioning as the MD’s right-hand and playing a key role in decision-making support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders
  • Attend meetings with or on behalf of the MD, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Manage sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
  • Provide oversight or support for ongoing projects in oil & gas and/or real estate
  • Ensure the MD’s time is effectively utilized and priorities are met
  • Coordinate daily schedule, travel arrangements, and high-level administrative tasks
  • Assist in business development and client relationship management
  • Conduct market research and prepare executive briefs or proposals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a PA, EA, or strategic support role preferably within oil & gas or real estate
  • Ability to think critically, anticipate needs, and solve problems independently
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill
  • High level of emotional intelligence and discretion

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly (based on experience).
