Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on compliance with cleaning procedures, workplace safety, and code of conduct
• Implement work plans and assign tasks to team members
• Train cleaners and team leaders on service standards.
• Ensure staff coordinate themselves professionally at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a cleaning supervisor or in a similar role in facilities management.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Strong initiative and proactiveness.
