Job Title: Graphics Designer (Volunteer)

Role Overview

• We are looking for a Volunteer Graphic Designer to join our team and help us visually represent our brand and mission.
• You will have the opportunity to shape Talent&Tea’s identity by designing our brand logo and creating engaging graphics for our social media channels and other marketing materials.
• This is a volunteer role with a stipend and a data subscription to support your efforts.

What You’ll Do

• Design the Talent&Tea logo, which will be a key part of our brand’s identity
• Create beautiful, engaging graphics for our social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, TikTok)
• Assist with designing promotional materials such as flyers, banners, and templates
• Collaborate with our team to ensure that all designs align with the Talent&Tea mission of uplifting job seekers in a supportive, empowering way

Requirements

• Proficiency in Canva (Photoshop or other design software experience is a plus)
• Experience or willingness to work on logo design
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and visual aesthetics
• Ability to design content that resonates with a tech-savvy audience
• Open to constructive feedback and eager to collaborate with a small, growing team
• Ability to commit to 3-4 designs per week
• Provide a portfolio or sample designs, including logo work if available.
