Job Description

• Our client is a leading financial services provider, is seeking to employ a dynamic and competent leader to drive superior business performance and delivery of its long-term ambitions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• The Executive Director will provide leadership and direction in the design and execution of the company’s investment banking strategy, ensuring the achievement of operational and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Steer the development and execution of the investment banking strategy, ensuring alignment across departments and teams.
• Identify and pursue investment banking opportunities with new and existing clients across local, regional, and international markets.
• Lead the origination and delivery of financial advisory and debt arranging mandates, ensuring high-quality transaction execution.
• Drive regulatory compliance and uphold strong corporate governance standards across all investment banking activities.
• Engage with key stakeholders and represent the business at senior levels, including providing updates and strategic recommendations to the Board.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree / MBA in Finance or related discipline.
• Relevant professional certification.
• Minimum of 15 years post-graduation experience, with at least 10 years in the financial services industry and at least four (4) years relevant work experience in a top/executive management role.
• Proven expertise in corporate finance and/or investment banking.
• Sound strategic thinking abilities and business acumen.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills. with a track record of achieving expected business results.
