We are a reputable Oil Exploration and Production Company with active operatorship of prolific blocks and Oil and Gas Assets in the Niger Delta. As a result of our new expansion and development programmes, we are seeking to engage experienced, passionate and resourceful Managing Director and other Management topshotsin Drilling, Completions, Facilities Management, Accounts, Commercial and Legal.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Commercial Manager

Location: Nigeria

Key Accountabilities

Develop and implement effective commercial strategies.
Negotiate and finalize agreements with clients and vendors.
Monitor market trends and identify business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
Conduct market research and analysis.
Manage contract negotiations and renewals.
Provide strategic guidance on pricing and product positioning.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills (with experience in Upstream Operations)

HND or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, Social Sciences or the Humanities.
A post-graduate degree would be added advantage
Minimum of 15 years hands-on post- graduation experience
Excellent leadership and communication skills
A good team player and with good negotiation skills
Ready, and available to work long hours in a challenging but exceptionally rewarding environment
Good communication, presentation and reporting skills
Proficient in the use of Microsoft office Packages: MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
High degree of integrity, confidentiality. confidence and ability to contribute to corporate culture.
