We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Recruitment Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Monday- Saturday from 8 am- 5 pm

Job Responsibilities

Meet hiring manager for job openings at their site
Post job roles on job board
Source for qualified candidates
Phone interview with qualified candidates and shortlist
Send interview invites to shortlisted candidates and follow uprn- Interview with the hiring manager
Create a recruitment report rn- Send interview feedback to candidates not shortlistedrn- Send offer letters out after final approval
Send emails for the onboarding process and follow up
Open a new file for a new employee
Ensure everything is set before the new employee resumes and checklists are signed and approved
