Job Description

• We’re on the hunt for a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Specialist to help us build and grow our brand online.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:

• Plan, schedule, and manage content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.
• Design visually appealing graphics using basic or advanced tools
• Write engaging captions and social copy that connect with our audience
• Create, edit, and repurpose short-form video content for Reels, Stories, and more
• Engage with our audience — respond to comments, DMs, and mentions
• Stay updated on trends and apply them to our content strategy
• Track key metrics and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights
• Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns, promotions, and product launches

Requirements
What You Should Bring:

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-2 years of experience managing social media for brands or clients.
• Good eye for design and content flow
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Experience using tools like Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and deliver consistently
• A creative mindset with a passion for digital marketing and storytelling.

Salary
N200,000 / month

Bonus Points:

• Experience with paid ads (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing
• Familiarity with performance analytics and data interpretation
• Basic Photography and Video Skills.
