We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Data Mangement Analyst

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• To support the HR Strategy in using data management to influence changes to HR operations, processes, or programs, in order to improve business effectiveness.
• Assist in the management of comprehensive employee information database system
• Direct staff issues to appropriate HR Unit
• Maintaining quality and consistency of HRIS database information
• Ensure employee information update and implement changes in employee status
• Ensure appropriate access to employee records and information to relevant users
• Ensure maintenance of other bank applications assigned to HRIS unit E-signatory portal etc.
• Manages the HR Portal to ensure consistency across all units and facilitate new initiatives
• Provide support to Team Lead in staff data generation Management/Regulatory Bodies Reports (adhoc, weekly, quarterly, yearly)
• Provides analytical and technical support to the Human Resources in pursuit of HRIS initiatives and other HRIS-related responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Minimum education level – First Degree in any discipline from a reputable academic institution. Professional membership of a HR body (CIPMN, SHRM, CIPD,) will be an added advantage.

Knowledge:

• HR Programs and practices
• UBN organizational structure
• Applicable Nigerian Labor Laws
• Statutory regulations e.g. CBN requirements
• Microsoft Excel
