Job Summary

• We are looking for a skilled and experienced Technician to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of home appliances and other related products.
• This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair appliances, including but not limited to Hobs, cookers, refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, and washing machines.
• Installation, maintenance and repair of small kitchen and laundry appliances
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with appliances, providing effective solutions.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on appliances to ensure optimal performance.
• Coordinate with customer service department to schedule service appointments and provide timely updates on repair status.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts inventory.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring they understand the proper use and maintenance of their appliances.
• Collaborate with the sales team to address customer inquiries and provide technical insights during the sales process.
• Stay updated with the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations during installations and repairs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in appliance repair is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a technician.
• Strong technical skills and hands-on experience with appliance installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and components is a plus.
