Job Title: Business Developer

Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Lead the business development team to achieve company targets.
Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market reach.
Establish and nurture relationships with key clients and partners.
Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Oversee the preparation of business proposals and contracts.
Mentor and train junior business development staff.
Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics.
Report to senior management on business development activities and progress.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, with at least 1years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent strategic planning and analytical abilities.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Must belong to social Groups, Clubs and or Associations.
