Responsibilities

Review customer’s requests and enforce compliance assurance functions in line with the with the Bank’s laid down procedures, regulatory dictates and requirements.
Review all transactions against dollarization policy
Confirmation and enforcement of regulatory requirements on cash funded transaction.
Authorization of payment transactions
Rate reasonability check functions
Prompt response to all customers’ requests, correspondences and enquiries
Daily call over of previous day transactions
Coaching and recognition that help employees improve their performance.
