Description

We are looking to hire a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized Procurement Intern who will work closely in providing support to the Procurement Officer in evaluating suppliers, products, and services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that approved purchases are cost-efficient and of high quality.

Inventory management
Assist with projects and programs or services
Record keeping and maintenance
Prepare purchase order
Assist the department in the procurement process
Shadow multiple department members to gain understanding of individual roles in the department
Assist with projects and programs or services
Participate in developing department goals and objectives
