We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Telesales Executive

Location: Abraham Adesanya – Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Contact potential or existing clients to inform them about a product or service using scripts
• Answer questions about products or the company
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Lead generation.
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers’ needs and preferences.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree in relevant fields with at least 1 year relevant work experience.
• Must reside at Ajah and its environs.
• Real Estate experence will be added advantage.
