We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Software Tester

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
The software testers should have the following desirable skills

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and performance expectations.
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive performance test plans and scripts.
Identify performance bottlenecks, analyze test results, and provide recommendations for optimizations.
Work closely with development teams to integrate performance testing into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
Conduct stress testing, load testing, and endurance testing to assess system reliability and scalability.
Develop and maintain performance testing frameworks and scripts using tools such as JMeter and Gatling.
Carry out both manual and automated testing to ensure end-to-end test coverage.
Monitor and analyze application and infrastructure metrics during performance tests.
Participate in root cause analysis of performance issues and contribute to their resolution.
Stay informed about industry best practices, tools, and trends related to performance testing.
