Job Title: Print Production Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate print production schedules for all campaigns
• Monitor and ensure vendors are accountable to critical dates production schedules for all events and launch activities are met.
• Identity and source for Vendors/Suppliers with new technology and up-to-date production machinery to deliver world class production quality.
• Liaise with finance department on production cost analysis and negotiation of vendor’s quoted prices.
• Work proactively with vendors to ensure continuous improvement and optimal production solutions for new and existing marketing materials and concepts
• Effectively manage prints for all campaigns to ensure high quality of collaterals are produced
• Communicate the designers’ requirements and set the quality standards for production.
• Work proactively with vendors to ensure continuous improvement and optimal production solutions for new and existing marketing materials and concepts.
• Process and track mack-ups, prototypes, and printer proofs with vendors.
• Ensure continuous improvement and optimal production solutions for the in-house journal and supervisa production of Company’s collaterals.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media, Business Administration or any related field
• Possession of relevant post graduate degree will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 10 years cognate experience in a similar role in Telecommunications, FMCG or Advertising Agency.
• Strong experience in Marketing, Branding, Administration and Budgeting
• High degree of integrity and confidentiality
• Ability to multitask.
