Requirements

HND / BSc / MSc in Mechanical background.
Demonstrable competence in strategic planning and business development
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
Aptitude in decision making.
Relationship management skills.
Minimum of 8 years of experience as a General Manager
Computer proficiency including email, spreadsheets, word, Excel,
PowerPoint, and Outlook. etc.
Sound judgment informed by extensive practical knowledge and experience.
Innovative, inventive, and analytical, able to pre-empt and resolve problems with ease.
Agile, responsive, and good under pressure.
Able to handle conflict and resolve differences of opinion.
Heightened cultural awareness – able to relate and build relations.
